Can I return an order?

Nutritional supplements may only be returned in case of damage or in case of production error. When you want to return a product or entire order, you must contact our customer service department.

Other orders can be returned without any problem, provided that the product is unused and in original packaging. For more information, please read the general conditions of sale . COLLAVITA allows free returns within 30 days of purchase.

Contact our customer service department by email at info@collavita.eu, via phone or chat to report your return and receive your return label.

The cost of returning a product on your own initiative, without the approval of our customer service department, will not be refunded.

Returns: what do I need to consider?

By now, if you have received your return label and form from our customer service department, please note the tips below:

• Package the products carefully. You can expect a refund if the products meet the return conditions.
• Please include your order receipt with the products. This will allow us to process the return efficiently. In case of identification problems, refund and/or correction may be delayed.
• Please write down the shipping number or stick the return label on your package. This way you can track the package and in case of any problems, our service desk can efficiently take action.
